50 Years Ago, Howard University Fired Her For Warning America About The Rise of MAGA and White Supremacy
Dr. Frances Cress Welsing is arguably the most important psychiatrist in American history. Due to the fact that racism and white supremacy is such a global catastrophe, I’ll go as far as saying she is arguably one of the most important psychiatrists and thinkers in world history.
In her legendary book “Isis Papers”, she warned back in the 1970’s what MAGA is now saying openly:
White America fears that the Black and Brown population will make them go extinct.
She called this fear, “ The Cress Theory of Color Confrontation”
Because of this theory, she was fired from Howard University.
You can hear her speak on how she was fired from Howard in the video below. She stated that although Howard is a Historically Black College, it still relies on the White Power Structure, for funding.
Disclaimer: My mother graduated from Howard, and was proud of it. It is hard to imagine that any other school that relies on the white power structure for funding, would not have fired her too.
The theory , paraphrased is : Racism or White Supremacy is White people’s psychological response to their fear of genetic annihilation. They realize that they are the minority on the planet and most people on the planet are melanated (people of color). White people have the need to subjugate and dominate Black, Brown, Red, and Yellow people because, they fear white genetic annihilation. Meaning, they fear that people of color, have the genetic capability to wipe them out, through racial mixing.
In terms of their fear of being genetically annihilated, she touched upon the history of Jim Crow, in which White American men would systematically go around kidnapping Black men then cutting off their sexual organs as recent as the 1960’s. This was also used as a form of punishment during slavery.
White men used this specific act of terrorism because the testicles and penis of Black men are a “weapon” that could genetically annihilate them through race mixing.
She also mentioned how their insecurity of not being melanated, drives their hatred of people of color. She touched upon that insecurity by mentioning how the tanning industry is a big business.
The perfect example of that, is how Donald Trump regular tans to become melanated. On one of my favorite shows that I loved in high school , (that I’m not ashamed to admit) Jersey Shore, the cast would regularly risk skin under the tanning bed,just to become melanated.
It is worth noting that Dr. Frances Cress Welsing, credited, Neely Fuller Jr’s book, The United Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept, which described a global system of white supremacy, as her inspiration. Dr. Cress Welsing expanded on his theory, by adding Fuller psychology and genetics into the explanation of White Supremacy.
Despite, Dr. Frances Cress Welsing being fired and blackballed, from Howard , she proved to be ahead of her time.
One of the main talking points of MAGA is “diversity is white genocide” or
“The Great Replacement Theory.” This is the belief that Melanated people/People of color will wipe them out or replace them.
In 2022, a white terrorist massacred innocent Black people at a grocery store in Buffalo. He said one of the main things that motivated his racial massacre, was the Great Replacement Theory.
This is why they are deporting Black and Brown people.
That is why they are cutting programs that help Black and Brown people.
We also have to stop saying poor and rural white Americans keep voting against their own interests. Their interests are preserving White supremacy. The American Civil War showed that a segment of White America would rather kill themselves and kill each other than allow Black people to have equality.
In order to understand Project 2025, you have to understand what 2045 means for white people.
In 2045, White people will be less than 50 percent of the population in America. All people of color combined will be almost equal to the amount of White people.
This is White America’s fear and last chance to prevent becoming a minority in America. Dr. Frances Cress Welsing’s work is so important because her theory is literally playing out now in 2025. The theory that got her black balled out, is now the engine behind everything going on in America now in 2025.
Will White America or Europeans ever peacefully deal with their irrational fear and insecurity around genetic annihilation?
Do all white people have this fear? I don’t know, the only way I could put a number on it would be, what percentage of White Americans want justice for Black Americans, and we can go from there. Reparations= Justice
Around 41% of White Americans are for some form of reparations.

Around 28 percent of Americans support cash reparations,meaning 72% were opposed.
Brookings Institution
Shout out to the segment of White America that supports true equality for Black Americans, but 72 percent of White Americans, (the majority of White Americans) do not want Black Americans to have true equality.
